Rental Guarantees

Leasing Guarantee

If we do not have a signed lease with a qualified tenant within 30-days of listing your property, we will discount our leasing fee by $250.

Pet Guarantee

If the tenant’s pet damages your property, we will pay to fix pet damage up to $1,000 over the security deposit at no cost to you.

Eviction Guarantee

For an additional amount monthly, in the event we need to go through an eviction, we will pay the court fees and represent you for no additional charge. 

Rent Guarantee

For an additional amount monthly, we will guarantee you will receive rent even if your tenant stops paying.
